How can I select the platforms for advertising?

For example:

How can I cancel the campaign?

It is possible to cancel the campaign only if none of the bloggers haven't accepted the task yet. If the process has already begun, but you still want to cancel the advertising campaign, write to our support service .

Note that in this case the performer all the same will receive money for performance of the task.

The advertising campaign automatically stops after 24 hours since the blogger has posted it in his Stories.

What is the minimum budget to run the advertising campaign?

The budget of advertising campaign depends on two components:

  • The number of bloggers you've chosen for performance of a task;
  • Costs of services of these bloggers.

It's possible to get started even with a budget of 3000 rubles. Though in this case the advertising efficiency can be minimum.

What is hold?

Money we "hold" is reserved temporarily and will be transferred to the account once the holding period is over. When the bloggers work with the direct ads via tasks, their reward funds are held for 24 hours after they upload the screenshot containing the stats for the advertisement stories, so long as the screenshot is approved by the moderator.

When do I receive payment for an accomplished task?

A blogger receives money to his/her account in 24 hours after loading advertising stories statistics screenshots.

For example:

  • On July 1 at 12:00 pm – You get a request for advertising;
  • At 1:00 pm – You accept the request, post stories, click “Posted” button and send this advertisement for moderation;
  • At 1:20 pm – A moderator approves your work, now stories should stay posted in your account for 24 hours;
  • On July 2 at 1:20 pm – The advertising campaign is accomplished;
  • 1:25 pm – You have loaded your advertising stories statistics screenshot to the application;
  • The money is still on hold for 24 hours.

Why is it that way? Sometimes there come up issues between a blogger and an advertiser. You have 24 hours to settle them. If there were no problems or an issue was settled, then the money kept on hold will be transferred to your account on July 3 at 1:25 pm.

Are there any limits on how many advertising campaigns I can post on my Instagram?

Yes, there're. You can get no more than 1 task per day. It is a necessary measure, so that your stories don't get overloaded with advertising posts and to ensure the efficiency of your advertising posts.

How long does it take the moderation?

As a rule, checking takes no more than 20 minutes. During this time the moderator checks compliance of a profile or advertising to requirements of a system.

Where can I observe the balance history?

On what days there are payments?

Payments are made Monday through Friday. Our service sends money for the specified account instantly. However, time of receipt of funds depends on the payment service provider chosen by you.

Can I add several Instagram accounts?

Yes, you can add several accounts in your personal account.

How can I place advertising in the Instagram account?

What is Storiesgain's commission?

It was advertisers before who would pay a service fee in SG. That was the reason why many bloggers wouldn’t get an order or wouldn’t get enough orders. Now we have altered the terms, a service fee is to be paid by bloggers – it is 30%. But don’t get upset right away, bloggers may add 30% to the cost of their advertising services to cover the costs.

In this case bloggers don’t loose anything and get more orders.

How can I contact the advertiser?

The chat with the customer is not provided in our service. The blogger can send the comment to the advertiser for specification of additional data. For example, if it is attached improper Promo or broken link, the blogger can write a comment with a request to correct the task. Also, the blogger can send the advertiser a request for change of date of publication.

When I can remove advertising from Instagram?

Advertising publications have to remain in your profile not less than 24 hours, otherwise placement in Stories will not be paid.

Can I be Advertiser and Blogger at the same time?

Yes. If you want to go from the blogger's account to the advertiser's one, you just need to switch a role. You don't need to register once again.

After change of roles, money from one of your accounts (the blogger's account) will pass into other account (advertiser).

What are the ways of money withdrawal?

Our service uses withdrawal of funds to payment systems - Webmoney, Яндекс.Касса, QIWI wallet, VISA / MasterCard bank cards, mobile phone (only Russian numbers). If you want to withdraw funds, please specify your wallet/card number in a profile. After that, create the application for money withdrawal in the section "Finance".

Can I find out who registered with my referral link?

In your account, you have access to information about how many bloggers and advertisers have registered with SG through your referral link. However, now you do not have the opportunity to find out the nicknames, e-mail addresses and other information about these people.

What operating system does your application run on?

The application from Storiesgain is suitable for owners of smartphones on Android and iOS. Restrictions are only on versions of operating systems. Android system must be from version 5.0 and above, iOS - 12.0 and above.

Is there a minimum recharge amount?

Yes, the service sets the minimum amount of account replenishment - 3000 rubles.

When does money pass from "hold" to the account of blogger?

The money from hold is transferred to the blogger’s account 48 hours after the advertiser’s task is completed.

For example:

  • July 1, 11:30 - you created an advertising campaign. Money for blogger's payment has passed in "hold" on your balance at once;
  • 12:00 - Moderator approved your campaign. Blogger has received a request for advertising;
  • 13:00 - Blogger accepts the task, he places Stories and sends the task for moderation;
  • 13:20 - Moderator approved performance of a task, now Stories should be in Blogger's account for 24 hours;
  • June 2, 13:20 — Advertisement campaign is over. Now the blogger has to upload the screenshot containing the stats for the adveritsement stories, but the money will still remain in hold even when they do.

Why does it happen like that? Sometimes there are disputable situations between blogger and advertiser. You have 24 hours to fix them. If there weren't any problems or situation was resolved, then money from "hold" will be placed to your account.

  • Stories must be placed in your account for 24 hours, otherwise advertiser has the right not to pay for your work;
  • You have to accept or reject the request within 12 hours.

  • There’re only photos of animals on the page (even if the animal is yours);
  • A page is a fan-community of some celebrity.

For example:

If there are just photos of cooked food on your account – it is defined as culinary public page.

If there are photos of a person on your account who is cooking this food and shows him/herself – account is defined as a personal page.

What shall I do if I don't get notifications in the application?

If you don't get notifications in the application, go to the settings and check the "push notifications" status. They are to be on, then they will work.


You as well may pick another option. Go to section «Settings» on your smartphone. Go to «Battery» - «Apps Launch». Then find the Storiesgain app and give it a permission to work in the background mode. In case it doesn’t help then switch to manual mode and give permission to all actions available.

In case a blogger has posted my ads incorrectly, what shall do?

If a blogger’s status in the information on your advertising campaign has changed to “Posted”, but you see errors in that post – submit a ticket to customer service.

Although you shall remember that our team allows advertising stories if upon posting a blogger has made insignificant alterations to promotional materials. For example, a blogger might slightly enlarge your promotional materials to make it look better in stories. And at the same time the main idea of that promotional post will not change.

If a blogger has violated the conditions and has made alterations which deform the idea of advertising or which change its look significantly – a moderator will send it back for revising.

What is the difference between automatic selection and manual selection?

When creating an advertising campaign, you can pick one of 3 variants of bloggers selection:

1) Manual selection

When picking this variant an advertiser selects bloggers by himself. He adjusts targeting settings in a filter manually and can select from the bloggers suggested.

In this case a blogger who gets a task has 12 hours to accept a request. If a blogger has not accepted a task in 6 hours, a system sends him a pop-up notification to remind him about the task. If he does not accept a task in the other 6 hours, a request for this blogger will be canceled.

2) Manual selection with automatic selection of bloggers

It works on the principle of manual selection but when pressing a button “Select all” an advertiser can select a function “In case bloggers cancel a task, select similar ones within a set budget”. I.e. you have selected, for example, 10 bloggers manually. But 5 of them have cancelled your request, and now the system will “select additionally” 5 other bloggers upon the parameters set within your budget.

In this case a blogger has 2 hours to accept a request, just like they do when automatic selection is used.

3) Automatic selection

In case an advertiser has picked automatic selection, then he is to enter minimum range of settings for searching a blogger.

When creating an advertising campaign, a system shows to an advertiser an approximate list of bloggers who match the set filters. The timing of your campaign you define by yourself.

In this case a blogger has 2 hours to accept a request. If in 1 hour a blogger have not accepted a request, a system sends him a pop-up notification to remind about your request, if during the other hour the blogger have not responded, this request gets cancelled. And there starts a search for a new blogger to replace him.

How to select bloggers quickly when manual selection applied?

Let us share some lifehacks. For example, you decided to create an advertising campaign with large selection of bloggers:

  • You set the necessary targeting;
  • You press the button “Select all”;
  • Below you see an option “In case a blogger cancels your request, select similar ones within your budget”, you can select this if you like.

Let us assume after pressing a button “Select all” your campaign’s price is 10 thousand rubles, and you wanted to launch a campaign with a budget of 2 thousand rubles.

And here comes the lifehack: you are to make just one action – to lower your price for 1000 shows (for example, from 20 to 15). A system will make a re-count in real time. This will save your time, and plus a system will have an opportunity to select additional bloggers.

As a result, you will set your advertising quickly and you will select bloggers in accordance with the necessary filters and basic rates, such as price for 1000 shows. And you will select the bloggers, whose advertising will be the most beneficial for you.

What are the rules to follow while working on your advertising campaign?

There’re some rules to follow while working on your advertising campaign to avoid any issues with bloggers:

  • If you give an Instagram profile in your advertising campaign which bloggers shall mention, then you shall not change that name or delete that profile, while the advertising campaign is active;
  • If you give a post for reposting, then while your campaign is active you shall not delete that post. Otherwise bloggers will not be able to accomplish this task;
  • If you ask bloggers to pick a photo or a video from your profile in your task, then it is better to keep your profile open for the period of this advertising campaign.

I have placed the advertisement but I haven't received the payment?

There are two possible reasons. The first reason might be that you haven't uploaded the advertising stories statistics within 24 hours after the advertising was over. It's a necessary condition for receiving the funds.

The second reason might be that you have uploaded it all but a technical error has occurred. In this case you shall contact our customer support .

What shall I do in case I haven't uploaded the statistics within 24 hours?

Contact our customer support so that we could check the necessary technical information. If there was no impediment on our part then just be more attentive and manage to upload the screenshots next time.

What shall I do in case I don't have any stories statistics?

It is certainly there but you just have to find it. To do that you shall check out your archive. All the stories posted earlier are saved there. Find the one you need and click it. You will see 2 icons there: statistics and views. You need to click the first one, the left icon.

Stories archiving shall be on automatically. But in case you changed it to off before, just enter a stories tab click the three dots in the lower right corner and go to «History settings». In the bottom there will be a «Save» option. Put a tick for «Save in archive».

Why do I have to upload statistics?

Statistics are an indicator of your work as a blogger. That is a confirmation for an advertiser that it's not a waste of his time to give this task to you. A number of tasks you get and the price of your advertisements depend on your statistics. The better your statistics are the more tasks you'll be getting.

What if I falsify the statistics?

Statistics screenshots do pass 2 stages of verification: automatic and manual. We will recognize a fake. Any alteration through photo editors or any advertising fraud (taps, views, clicks) are punished, we block such account in our system without any chance to restore it. Together with the account we block the money funds that have been earned and not withdrawn by the blogger. The money funds earned through an affiliate program are to be blocked as well.

I ask a blogger to follow me when posting an advertisement. Is it ok?

Yes, it is ok. Although we cannot guarantee you that the blogger will actually follow your page. It is not on the rules of our service that a blogger should follow an advertiser, our moderators are not obliged to check this.

What actions can lead to blogger's account getting banned?

The rules of our platform are aimed at maintaining mutual respect and creating effective advertisement. This is why we curtail any attempts at disrupting advertisement process.

Here's a list of offences that will lead to blogger's account bans:

  • Cheating the views statistics of the stories or the Instagram account as a whole;
  • Editing the statistics screenshots in any photo editor;
  • Sending bot traffic to the product/service account that's being advertised by the blogger;
  • Making off-platform advertisement offers to advertisers who have been using or are still using the service;
  • Discrediting the ad before or after publishing it. As in, the situations where the blogger:
    • Says that it's an ad;
    • Mocks or ridicules the posts being published;
    • Tries to "excuse" themself or apologizes for the ad (casting the ad itself in the negative light).

Breaking any of the rules will lead to account bans, including any funds that's been earned prior or after the ban.

Can bloggers communicate with advertisers?

Contacting the advertisers with direct advertisement offers is a bannable offence. Your account will be terminated indefinitely and the funds you've earned will be removed.

I accepted a task from the «Offers» tab, how much am I going to be paid?

Your reward is calculated on the basis of CPA, using one of the three pricing methods: price per click on the link, price per tap on the mention and price per 1000 views.

For example, we got:

  • Price per tap/click, as set up by the advertiser — 1 rouble;
  • Blogger's advertisement price, as set by the system — 50 roubles;
  • Blogger's advertisement price, as set by them — 40 roubles.

What you get in the end:

  • Your subscribers tap/click your ads 30 times, so you get 30 roubles;
  • Your subscribers tap/click your ads 120 tmies, but you only get 40 roubles.
